"AMC Cinemas KSA Social Media" means the parts of social media provided by third parties (such as Facebook) through which AMC Cinemas KSA provides services such as information, applications and similar activities. "Terms" means these terms and conditions. "You / your" means any person who purchases a ticket (and, if applicable, 3D glasses and/or food and drink) via the Website or Mobile Apps. "We / us / our" means AMC Cinemas KSA as defined in Paragraph 1 above. "Website" means our website at www.amccinemas.com
Definition of key terms"Website" means any of AMC Cinemas KSA websites and/or applications which can be used to purchase AMC KSA Cinema tickets and other products applicable to the Companies business from to time, including www.amccinemas.com (and its sub-domains), and AMC Cinemas Mobile Phone, Digital Devices ticket applications, referred as "Mobile App." "3D Glasses" means specially designed glasses which are required to be worn during a 3D film performance. AMC Cinemas KSA will provide 3D glasses for a small surcharge; these glasses can be retained by the guest and used for future 3D performances.
Please read these Terms carefully. By purchasing a ticket (and, if applicable, 3D glasses and/or food and drink) on the Website you accept these Terms. If you are reading an electronic copy of these Terms, feel free to print or save a copy for your records. To obtain more information about these Terms, please contact Guest Services via the "Contact Us" page of the Website. For security reasons, the cardholder must be present to collect the tickets, and you will need to take and may be required to present the same card as you have used to make your booking.
AMC Cinemas KSA reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect when posted on the Website. You are solely responsible for checking the Website "Privacy & Legal" section regularly for any changes to these Terms. We are under no obligation whatsoever to notify you of any such amendments. If you purchase a ticket (and, if applicable, 3D glasses and/or food and drink) via the Website or Mobile Apps after any amendment to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.
The Website FAQs page contains details of how to place your order for a ticket (and, if applicable, 3D glasses and/or food and drink), including how to correct input errors during the booking process. We advise you to read these FAQs before you proceed to place an order. To view a 3D film correctly, you acknowledge that you will need to have 3D glasses.
The sale of tickets (and, if applicable, 3D glasses and/or food and drink) on the Website is subject to availability. Your order is an offer to purchase from AMC Cinemas KSA, and it retains the discretion to refuse your order. If your order is successful, we will display a confirmation page on your screen at the end of the booking process, and at this point, there will be a contract between you and AMC Cinemas KSA. We will also send you an email confirmation of your completed order, for your information. We recommend that you print out or save a copy of the confirmation page and/or confirmation e-mail for your records.
Online purchases of food and drink can only be purchased, via the Website in the same transaction as a film ticket.
The price of a ticket (and, if applicable, 3D glasses and/or food and drink) shall be as displayed on the Website during the booking process.
Payment can be made by any method specified in the booking process.
All stated ticket prices include any applicable ESF (Entertainment Service Fees) and Value Added Tax. Please note that if a pricing error occurs, we are not under an obligation to provide the ticket(s), food, drink or 3D glasses to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the confirmation email sent to you, if such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing. Additional information with regards incorrect pricing is covered under part c of this document. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, you cannot use any promotional vouchers or discount cards in conjunction with a ticket, food or drink purchase via the Website (if you wish to do this, you will need to visit a cinema in person). You cannot use guest passes to pay for a ticket purchase via the Website (if you wish to do this, you will need to visit a cinema in person). "Guest Pass" "Guest Passes" means a ticket or voucher issued by the Company or one of its representatives. The pass has no monetary value but can be exchanged for a cinema ticket under the rules and conditions of exchange set out on the pass or voucher. Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice
Tickets can be collected from the box office in your chosen cinema when your credit/debit card transaction and the booking process have been completed. Some cinemas also have automatic ticket machines ("ATMs") from which you can collect your tickets.
You can collect your film tickets, food and beverage all at the same time at the food and beverage counter. Please go to the retail counter with the debit or credit card you used to book online or your booking reference to collect your items. If you pick up your tickets from the ATMs, your food and drink collection receipt will also print off. You will need to take your collection receipt to the retail counter to collect your food and drink items.
You must collect your food and drink on the same day as your film screening, and all food and drink items must be collected together.
If your tickets are for a 3D film and you have ordered 3D glasses, you will receive a receipt for your 3D glasses when you collect your tickets. You can take your 3D glasses receipt to any designated collection point in the cinema to collect your 3D glasses before the film.
You represent and warrant that any tickets or 3D glasses you purchase are for personal use only and that they are not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity unless we have expressly authorized otherwise in writing. You undertake that you will not (a) resell or offer for resale any tickets (whether at a premium or otherwise) and/or (b) use tickets or 3D glasses for advertising or promotions (including prize draws, competitions, contests and/or sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. If you resell or offer for resale any tickets, the tickets in question will be invalid.
All purchases of tickets are subject to AMC Cinemas KSA "Code of Conduct" copies of which are displayed in our cinemas and which are displayed in the "Privacy” section of the Website. The terms of the Code of Conduct are deemed to form part of these Terms and are incorporated into these Terms by reference In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between AMC Cinemas KSA "Code of Conduct Terms" and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
If you buy food or drink during the ticket booking process on our Website and the food and drink you ordered is unavailable when you arrive to collect it in cinema, we will offer you a substitute product (up to a value of the food and drink you purchased) or a refund. You can choose whether to accept the substitute or receive a refund. You agree that the offered substitute or the refund is all the compensation you will be entitled to in such event, and you agree that you will not be entitled to any other compensation of any kind. Unless otherwise expressly stated elsewhere on the Website, food and drink cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you have purchased 3D glasses from AMC Cinemas KSA, and you discover that you no longer require them, you can obtain a refund at the cinema.
We will not be responsible for any tickets or 3D glasses that are lost or stolen.
Seating is reserved unless otherwise specified expressly during the booking process.
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the screening has been cancelled or rescheduled. If a screening is cancelled or rescheduled (for whatever reason), we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of the cancellation or rescheduling, but we do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation or rescheduling before the date / time of the screening. We will offer a range of alternatives which include guest passes, transfer to other show times. A refund will be offered if no suitable solution is available.
The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment in our cinemas is strictly prohibited.
We accept no responsibility for any personal property that is brought to a cinema. Standard practice that we don't accept responsibility for lost items
We reserve the right to refuse admission Should you breach any of AMC Cinemas KSA General Admission Terms.
The cinema or venue in which the cinema is located may have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of our patrons. You consent to such security searches. Failure to consent and undergo a security search may result in you being denied entry to the cinema or venue without refund or other compensation.
Non-compliance may lead to the person or persons being reported to the authorities and denied future entry to an AMC Cinema KSA facility.
Guests may not smoke (including electronic cigarettes or any other artificial cigarettes or smoking devices) on the premises. Anyone found doing so shall be removed from the premises without any entitlement to a refund.
Guests may not bring alcohol or illegal substances onto the premises. Anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs shall be removed from the premises immediately without any entitlement to a refund and reported to the authorities.
Any guest found or suspected of being in possession of a weapon, drugs or other harmful or illegal substances shall be refused entry and will be reported to the authorities.
a. AMC Cinemas KSA shall not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damage or losses howsoever arising. Any liability AMC Cinemas KSA have is limited to actual damages;
b. AMC Cinemas KSA are not liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside AMC Cinemas KSA reasonable control;
c. Where erroneous pricing information has been given to you, and the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized by you as erroneous, we will not be obliged to supply the item at the incorrect price and
d. AMC Cinemas KSA total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the purchase of tickets, 3D glasses or food and drink via the Website or Mobile Apps shall be limited to the price paid by you for those tickets, 3D glasses and/or food and drink.
These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between AMC Cinemas KSA and you in relation to their subject matter. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions and warranties implied by law, statute or otherwise are expressly excluded.
The terms are governed by Saudi law, and any disputes shall be referred to the competent Saudi court.

These terms and conditions as amended from time to time (the "Program Terms") govern the overall AMC Da’era® loyalty program. The AMC Da’era program consists of free tiers- AMC Da’era Inner, Select and Elite (collectively, the “Program”) brought to you by AMC Cinemas, Saudi Cinemas Company Limited SCCL (collectively, "we," "us," "our," "ours", “AMC Cinemas”). Your participation or use of any membership or related benefits in the Program ("Membership") at any time subjects the user ("you," "your," "yours," "Member") to the provisions of these Program Terms. Membership in the Program will also involve use of our website including the mobile version thereof and use of the website is subject to our Terms & Conditions of Use. You agree that your Membership or use of the Program also subjects you to the General Terms. In particular, please note that terms in the General Terms that therefore apply to the Program and are incorporated into these Program Terms by this reference include without limitation Electronic Communications, Mobile Services, Use of Service Is At Your Own Risk, Disclaimer of Implied Warranties, Limits on Liability, Indemnity, Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver, and Applicable Law. In the event of any conflict between the Program Terms and the General Terms with respect to the Program, the Program Terms will control.

CHANGES TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS
Members of the Program agree to these Program Terms, as published and subject to periodic update. These Program Terms replaces all previously published information, and Members have the responsibility to check for any updates. If these Program Terms are updated, any changes will apply to all Members, including Members enrolled before AMC Cinemas posts the updated text, except as may be prohibited by law. AMC Cinemas may change these Program Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect rewards and benefits earned before such changes.
By enrolling in the Program, Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other Program communications, unless expressly disallowed as a profile preference. Members will be asked to provide an email address, name, and preferred theatre in order to receive benefits and reward notifications. We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Memberships. Members can change their account information by (i) updating Member profile data through an authenticated AMCCinemas.com account.
Membership is valid at participating AMC Cinemas in KSA locations. Membership to AMC Da’era is open to all. If a Member is a child, by enrolling in the Program, acknowledges that he/she has obtained permission to do so from a parent or legal guardian.
Membership accounts, benefits, points, special offers, and rewards (i) are nontransferable, (ii) have no cash value and are not gift cards or gift certificates, (iii) may not be offered for resale, and (iv) are not redeemable for cash. Accumulated points, rewards and special offers do not constitute property of the Member, nor are accumulated points, rewards and special offers transferable by the Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise.
Entities or persons using the Program for profit are not eligible to become or remain Members or to accumulate rewards.Membership is intended for individual use only, and is not available to organizations, legal entities or groups such as, but not limited to businesses, daycare, non-profits, etc. Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow these Program Terms, may result in cancellation of the Member’s Account, future disqualification from participation and forfeiture of all points, rewards and special offers accrued, in addition to other remedies available to us under applicable law.
AMC Da’era Members have the right to cancel their Membership at any time.
AMC reserves the right to terminate a Membership, including any associated accounts, without notice, for any reason in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, abusive, vulgar, or offensive behavior by the AMC Da’era Member, or any member of the AMC Da’era party, towards any AMC Associate or other guest of AMC Cinemas while on property, or our belief that continued use of such Membership would violate any provision of these Program Terms or applicable law, or would otherwise be harmful to our interests. In the event of any such termination by AMC Cinemas, existing rewards will be valid until stated expiration date, unless earned rewards were a result of fraudulent behavior. Points, rewards and special discounts earned as a result of fraudulent behavior will be forfeited. Examples of fraudulent behavior that may result in Membership cancellation include, but are not limited to
Making purchases either online, through AMC or third-party vendors, or at the theatre and then refunding in an attempt to inflate spending or transactions on a Member’s account.
Posting Member-directed promotional offers or coupons, or an account number on websites or reproducing for use by third parties or public websites.
We may terminate or alter any or all of the benefits available under the Program at any time with or without notice. In the event of our termination of the Program, at our election we may maintain Membership benefits until expiration of special offers. AMC Da’era Memberships may be closed and/or reward points reverted due to any type of computer or technical issues that may arise. This would include any type of electronic malfunctions or human error on behalf of AMC Associates. AMC will, to the best of its ability, attempt to later fix any accounts that were closed due to any of these reasons and reapply any outstanding rewards or points existing at the time the issue arose.
Members may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of the Member website at AMCCinemas.com. Each Member has the responsibility for the use of his/her own password and username to gain access to the AMC Da’era loyalty website page.
We will have no responsibility for Member’s inability to access such restricted portions of such website if Member has lost or forgotten username, password or other necessary code. Members can request a password reset through the chat function at AMCCinemas.com.
From time to time, Members may be eligible for sweepstakes, contests or other promotions. Participation in such events shall be subject to the terms, conditions and rules published at the time of such event and applicable laws.
The Program entitles Members to the following points, rewards, special offers, and other Membership benefits.
Accumulation of points – AMC Da’era members will receive 1 points per every one riyal spent on eligible purchases at participating AMC Cinemas by presenting or entering their account number during box office and concession stand transactions, when purchasing tickets at an in-theatre kiosk, or when purchasing online at AMCCinemas.com and other approved ticketing partners. Points for purchases will be awarded in to the Members’ account within 24 hours.
Birthday Gift. Members are given a “birthday gift” which is automatically loaded onto the account on the first day of the birthday month that is entered into the Member’s profile. This birthday gift may change from time to time, but is generally a food & beverage item.
Refills. Select & Elite Members will receive one same day free refill on large popcorn purchases. Gourmet popcorn and promotional offers are excluded.
Other Benefits. From time to time, AMC Cinemas, in its discretion, may offer additional benefits and events to Members. For example,
At any given time, AMC Cinemas may sponsor sweepstakes. Each sweepstakes will have its own set of terms and conditions; AMC employees and family members are not eligible to win. Depending on the sweepstakes, AMC Da’era Members may receive automatic entry with each use of their account number.
At any given time, AMC Cinemas may host a special AMC Da’era Member only movie screening at select Cinemas in certain markets. To take part when a screening becomes available, Members must be opted in to receive email notifications. If selected to participate, Members will be notified of these screenings via email.
At any given time, AMC Cinemas may provide eligible Members with point promotions. Each promotion will have its own set of terms and conditions and may require the AMC Da’era Member to opt into (register for) the promotion. Members will be notified of the promotions via email and/or SMS.
At any given time, AMC Cinemas may provide AMC Da’era Members with limited time offers on movie tickets and concession stand items. These offers will have their own set of terms and conditions and will not be eligible to be combined with other promotional offers or AMC Da’era benefits (i.e., discounts and upgrades etc.)
AMC Da’era Account Number; Expiration. To be eligible for Membership benefits and to earn points your account number must be (i) presented when purchasing tickets at the box office, (ii) entered when prompted at our in-theatre kiosks, (iii) entered into the appropriate area of AMCCinemas.com , or (iv) presented at the concession stand when purchasing concession products. It is the Member’s responsibility to present the account number in condition to be entered at the time of the transaction.
To earn or apply benefits, the Membership account must be active at the time of purchase. Members will NOT be credited retroactively for purchases made without an active Membership account presented at the time of purchase. AMC Cinemas is not responsible for the use or redemption of rewards from an account that has been lost, stolen, or otherwise used without Member’s permission. All rewards are the property of AMC Cinemas.
If upon the entry of AMC Da’era account number, the computer is inaccessible or if the Member forgot his/her account number, original ticket stubs may be presented for credit during the next theatre visit or by contacting AMC Cinemas Customer Service. Receipts or ticket stubs are required for manual adjustments. No more than two manual adjustments will be allowed per account in a single calendar month. Manual adjustments will not be made for purchases made beyond 30 calendar days from date of original purchase. AMC reserves the right to refuse manual adjustments in the event of suspected abuse of the Program or fraud.
To earn rewards or apply benefits, the Membership account must be active and available at the time of purchase. Members will NOT be credited retroactively for purchases made without an active Membership at the time of purchase.
Ticket and On Demand Refunds Tickets Please visit AMCCinemas.com for full refund policy and questions. All points that a Member has earned for the purchase that is being refunded will be deducted from the accumulated point balance.
The Membership fee for the AMC Da’era is $0. AMC Da’era Members may cancel Membership at any time as described above.
The AMC Da’era Membership term is unlimited as long as the account stays in an active status. AMC reserves the right to cancel the account after 1 years (12 consecutive months) of non-use.
These Program Terms, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between us and any user of the Program with respect to the Program and supersedes any other agreements, statements or representations. Headings used in these Program Terms are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning of any terms. Any user of any portion of the AMC Da’era Program is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of these Program Terms.
We may change the terms of these Program Terms at any time without notice or liability by posting revised Program Terms on the Member Program website located at AMCCinemas.com Any change shall take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise provided.
